Job Description

We are seeking a Client Success Manager with 7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate has deep expertise across Amazon’s ecosystem and a strong track record of driving growth for brands on the platform.

Own client communication and ensure smooth delivery across accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communication and expectations
  • Coordinate internal teams and track deliverables
  • Share performance reports and identify upsell opportunities

Must-Have:

  • Agency/account management experience
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Basic Amazon marketplace understanding

Success Metrics:

Client satisfaction, retention, timely delivery
