We're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our TalosATS team, and this isn't a role where you'll simply manage a portfolio and respond to customer queries.

We're looking for someone who wants to own the customer journey, challenge the norm and help shape the future of Customer Success at Talos360.

What will you be doing as a Customer Success Manager?

• Building brilliant relationships and becoming a trusted partner to your customers.
• Taking customers from their first implementation through to successful adoption and beyond.
• Getting to know their businesses, understanding their challenges and helping them get real value from our technology.
• Spotting opportunities, anticipating risks and finding better ways to help customers succeed.
• Making a genuine impact on customer retention, engagement and growth.
• Bringing your ideas, experience and enthusiasm to a team that's evolving and looking to do things differently.

Who are we looking for?

Someone who's curious, confident, proactive and commercially aware. Someone who loves technology as much as they love people, takes ownership and isn't afraid to challenge the way things have always been done.

You'll ideally have experience as a Customer Success Manager, SaaS or B2B relationship management, with a strong understanding of customer retention, adoption and delivering measurable value. Experience of customer onboarding or software implementations would be a real advantage.

But just as importantly, we're looking for the right mindset, energy and passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
