Job Summary We are looking for a strategic and high-energy Lead Account Manager to spearhead our client success efforts. In this pivotal role, you will oversee a book of 140 businesses while managing a dedicated team of four account managers. Your mission is to elevate the client experience, ensure rapid response times, and drive measurable growth for our partners. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four account managers to ensure peak performance.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of 140 client accounts, maintaining high satisfaction and retention.
• Monitor and optimize Service Level Agreement (SLA) response times to ensure excellence.
• Analyze client feedback and surveys to implement service improvements and strategy shifts.
• Identify and execute opportunities for account growth and expansion within the existing book of business.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for client needs and team challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Account Management.
• Proven leadership experience or the demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team.
• Ability to work EST-aligned hours with flexibility for core team overlap.
• Exceptional communication skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational skills to manage high-volume client portfolios effectively.
