The opportunity

Join Worldline's Customer Success Enterprise team within Merchant Services, where you'll play a key role in managing and growing relationships with our largest enterprise clients. As part of an 8-person team, you'll take ownership of client success, ensuring seamless execution and outstanding service delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on customer satisfaction and business growth within a dynamic, international environment.

Day-to-day responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building strong, trusted relationships
• Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address risks to retention and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure seamless customer experience
• Drive adoption of products/services by understanding client goals and providing tailored guidance
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewal processes

Who are we looking for

• Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret customer data and translate it into actionable insights
• Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine drive to find solutions and overcome challenges
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced, enterprise environment
