You will also use AI and automation to streamline workflows, build scalable processes, and improve the customer experience.
This is an opportunity to shape a growing customer success function while helping build lasting relationships with ambitious brands.
Accountabilities
- Own the complete customer relationship from the initial handoff through onboarding, adoption, retention, migration, and ongoing engagement.
- Deliver a highly personalized onboarding experience, coordinating product setup, website integration, data collection, and initial results.
- Maintain strong relationships across an assigned portfolio through proactive communication, regular check-ins, and early identification of customer needs or churn risks.
- Guide customers through platform migrations and product updates, ensuring upgrades are completed smoothly with minimal disruption.
- Introduce customers to new platform capabilities and identify opportunities to increase adoption across their product portfolio.
- Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback, identifying recurring challenges, and communicating actionable insights to Product and other internal teams.
- Monitor and report account health, migration progress, retention and churn indicators, and potential expansion opportunities through consistent weekly reporting.
- Identify customers who may benefit from additional services and facilitate warm handoffs to the appropriate sales or specialist teams.
- Use AI and automation to eliminate repetitive work, improve operational efficiency, and develop scalable customer success workflows and SOPs.
- Contribute to building the customer success function as the business grows, including supporting the development and leadership of future team members.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build trust, establish rapport, and make customers feel supported and valued.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to delivering accurate, polished, and reliable work.
- Strong ownership mentality, with the ability to identify problems, take initiative, make decisions, and follow through without waiting for constant direction.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment where ambiguity, autonomy, and rapid execution are part of the day-to-day culture.
- Strong proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to collaborate daily with a U.S.-based team and communicate effectively with customers.
- An AI-native mindset and enthusiasm for using AI tools and automation to improve workflows, build internal processes, and increase productivity.
- Highly responsive communication style, particularly through email and collaboration tools such as Slack.
- Genuine interest in improving transparency within the food and consumer products ecosystem and the ability to communicate a compelling mission to customers.
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with Product, Sales, and leadership teams.
- Experience in B2B SaaS, account management, Shopify or D2C businesses, or being an early customer success hire is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with CRM and support platforms such as HubSpot, Pylon, Slack, or similar tools is advantageous.
- Basic design judgment and the ability to use AI tools to create or refine customer-facing assets are also valued.
Benefits
- Fully remote position based in Brazil.
- Competitive compensation of $2,000–$5,000 USD per month, depending on experience and fit.

- High level of ownership and autonomy, with direct influence over customer experience and success processes.
- Opportunity to work closely with Product, Sales, and leadership teams and directly influence the product roadmap.
- Exposure to a fast-growing technology environment where AI and automation are actively used to improve operations.
- Opportunity to help build customer success processes and eventually contribute to growing and leading the broader function.
- Collaborative, high-performance culture focused on excellence, initiative, continuous improvement, and low-ego teamwork.
