As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the critical “last mile”: ensuring that every system insight is understood, acted upon, and converted into measurable business value.
You will work closely with mining clients across Kazakhstan, acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, bridging between advanced AI-driven analytics and real-world operational constraints- from deployment through continuous value realization.
This is a highly customer-facing, technical role focused on client ownership, stakeholder management, and ongoing value delivery, with implementation as a supporting component.
