Customer Success Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to own the client experience from onboarding through long-term account management. This role is focused on building strong client relationships, driving retention, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring every client receives exceptional service.

You will act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects stay on track, expectations are managed effectively, and clients continue to see value throughout their engagement.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, enjoys working directly with clients, and takes ownership of client satisfaction and account growth.

Responsibilities

Client Success & Relationship Management

• Lead the onboarding process for new clients and ensure a seamless transition into service delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts.
• Build trusted relationships through regular communication and proactive account management.
• Manage client expectations while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
• Resolve concerns promptly and coordinate appropriate solutions with internal teams.

Account Growth

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships.
• Present additional services and recommendations that align with client goals.
• Support account renewals and long-term client retention.
• Encourage client advocacy through testimonials, referrals, and positive customer experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with internal departments to ensure projects are executed successfully.
• Communicate client feedback, priorities, and action items to the appropriate teams.
• Monitor account performance and ensure follow-through on client commitments.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions and ongoing initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or a similar client-facing role.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Commercial mindset with experience identifying account growth opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a high-growth, performance-driven environment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple internal teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a marketing, advertising, lead generation, or digital agency.
• Familiarity with CRM and client management platforms, including GoHighLevel.
• Experience managing recurring revenue accounts.

Compensation

• Competitive base salary of $6,000–$7,000 per month
• Performance-based incentives tied to account growth, retention, renewals, and client success.
• On-target earnings of $12,000–$16,000 per month for top performers.
