Job Description

We are looking for an experienced proactive revenue- driven Customer Success Manager (CSM) to own the post-sale customer journey across Elsight’s global account base. Based in Israel, you will be responsible for onboarding, adoption, health, retention, and growth of global accounts.

This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology and customer relationships. You will work closely with our BD, Solution Engineering, support and professional services teams to ensure every customer achieves measurable value and remains a loyal, growing partner. You will operate with full ownership of your account portfolio, driving outcomes with structure commercial awareness.

You will…

  • Own the post-sale onboarding process end-to-end, ensuring customers are trained, activated, and reaching first value ASAP.
  • Customer Health & Adoption - Monitor customer health scores and product adoption metrics, proactively intervening when accounts show risk.
  • Value Realization & ROI Reporting - Deliver ROI reports that connect product usage to business outcomes, and ensure customers can clearly articulate the value they receive.
  • Expansion & Account Growth - Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through ongoing engagement and feed qualified signals to BD.
  • Retention & Renewal Management - Own the commercial renewal process, forecast risk early, and maintain a proactive retention strategy across your account base.

Requirements

Apply if you have

  • 4+ years of full-cycle B2B tech sales experience (prospecting through closing): experience in a startup or fast-growing environment is a plus.
  • Proven B2B sales experience in the defense/security ecosystem is required (e.g., defense-tech, drones/UAS, homeland security, IoT, critical communications) and familiarity with how these customers buy.
  • A proven ability to build a pipeline, run strong discovery, and close deals in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Comfort working with technical products and engaging both technical and business stakeholders (strong technical orientation is key).
  • Experience working with partners and integrators across the ecosystem.
  • Excellent Hebrew and English
  • A hands-on, ownership-driven mindset: independent, execution-focused, and mission-driven.
