The Role

EstimateOne intelligently connects the commercial construction industry, creating remarkable value for our team, our industry and our shareholders. We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to own retention and value realisation for a cohort of customers within our Subbie audience.

About You

We are looking for customer-oriented empaths with a passion for enabling customers to get the most out of E1.
We want someone who:

  • Gets a kick out of helping customers and their colleagues focus on the "big-ticket items".
  • Strategically manages a large portfolio of high value customers, partnering with the GM to prioritise accounts requiring the greatest support.
  • Leads annual pricing changes and handles complex or difficult commercial conversations with confidence.
  • Has strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in identifying expansion opportunities and handing them cleanly to a sales counterpart for closing.
  • Is comfortable owning a customer relationship from day one, including the pre-sale relationship for higher-value deals.
  • Is not afraid to roll up their sleeves to figure out a solution to problems facing our customers with our internal teams.
  • Has a wide range of experience working with customers to support them in achieving their goals and getting the best ROI for their business.
  • Communicates clearly, directly, and constructively, fostering trust and transparency, embracing our F&F values. Embraces teachable moment opportunities, and digs deeper for feedback and understanding.
  • Is ambitious yet authentic, wanting to win (as a team) and win fairly. Is comfortable using customer data tools (Mode, Snowflake) and a CRM (Salesforce) as the single source of truth for customer state and activity.

Salary:
We’re transparent about salary ranges at E1, and that extends externally. Our salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 base plus commission (depending on experience).
