The Role

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll lead a national team responsible for turning inbound enquiries into active customers while delivering a seamless, high-quality experience at every step.

This role is a balance of leadership and hands-on involvement, where you’ll be driving team performance, improving processes, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects the Karmo experience.

🚀 What You’ll Be Doing

As our Customer Success Manager, you’ll take ownership of a high energy, deal driven sales floor focused purely on activity, conversion and results.

What that looks like:

• Lead and coach a national Customer Success team
• Drive conversion of inbound leads into active subscriptions
• Guide customers through the sign-up journey and help them find the right solution
• Monitor pipeline, lead quality and conversion performance
• Improve processes across the customer lifecycle
• Work closely with internal teams to optimise the end-to-end experience
• Handle escalations and ensure strong customer outcomes
