Job Description
This is a remote position.
The Operations Associate will play a crucial role in managing customer data, providing customer support, and performing various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with spreadsheets, have experience in customer service, and be able to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Data Management
Analyze customer data to derive insights for service improvements
Maintain and update customer databases
Utilize Excel/Google Sheets to manipulate and analyze data effectively
Customer Support
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally
Manage customer support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary
Administrative Tasks
Perform various administrative duties, including document preparation, filing, and scheduling
Support other departments with administrative tasks as required
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or related field (preferred)
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an operations or customer support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to work during US time zone hours
