We’relooking for a Customer Success Manager to partner closely with our customers and ensure they achieve real, measurable value from EROAD’s solutions.

About the role

You’llmanage a portfolio of customers, acting as their trusted advisor andvoice of thecustomerwithin EROAD. Your focus will be on driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strong relationships and data-driven insights.

In this role you will:

Build strong, long-term customer relationships, driving satisfaction,engagementand retention

• Deliver customer business reviews and value insights

• Drive adoption, engagement, and retention

Champion customer needs internally by partnering withProduct, Engineering, and Sales

Identifychurn risks and proactively manage renewals

• Track customer success metrics, usage, and NPS

To be successful in this role you will have

  • Experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations, or Service Management

  • SaaS or technical product experience preferred

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

  • A Customer-obsessed mindset with a focus on outcomes and value

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth environment
