We are hiring a highly proactive and strategic Customer Success Manager (CSM) to manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients. This is a client-facing role focused on driving campaign performance, optimizing outbound strategies, and building long-term partnerships.

You will act as the bridge between clients and campaign execution—owning results, improving performance, and ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for 30–40 B2B clients
  • Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust, transparency, and performance
  • Lead regular client check-ins to review results, gather feedback, and align on strategy
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business model, ICP, and lead generation goals
  • Design and execute outbound cold email campaigns aligned with client objectives
  • Write compelling, high-converting cold email copy
  • Segment target audiences to maximize campaign relevance and performance
  • Monitor deliverability, inboxing, and campaign health
  • Apply best practices to minimize bounce rates and avoid spam filters
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities
  • Continuously improve campaigns through A/B testing and iteration
  • Refresh messaging to prevent audience fatigue
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues before escalation
  • Drive client satisfaction, retention, and referrals
  • Represent the company with professionalism and commercial awareness

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales or lead generation
  • Hands-on experience with cold email, LinkedIn outreach, or cold calling
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead generation strategies
  • Experience managing multiple clients or accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with CST timezone
