What You’ll Do:
- Receive and welcome new Protractor users to the application
- Set up new Protractor instances, including databases
- Configure the Protractor application to accurately match the shop’s business process
- Deliver customer training on product and features
- Identify key subject matter experts within the auto shop
- Deploy 1:1, customized training of the Protractor application
- Engage with the customer base post-training for product feedback
- Manage your assigned customers

QualificationsWhat You’ll Need:
- 2+ years of previous customer success experience, inclusive of training customers.
- Ability to independently manage accounts, drive adoption, and solve customer challenges proactively.
- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365
- Strong relationship‑building skills and the ability to act as a trusted advisor.
Preferred

Qualifications:
- Automotive repair experience
