This organization provides technology and data solutions that enable brands and performance marketers to improve email engagement, deliverability, and audience targeting across advertising networks Their platform is used by both growth-stage companies and enterprise marketing teams seeking to drive measurable performance from email and digital campaigns.

As the company continues to expand its client base, they are seeking a Customer Success Manager who can serve as both a strategic advisor and operational partner to customers, helping them extract maximum value from the platform.

This role sits at the intersection of email marketing strategy, client consulting, and performance analytics

The Role

The Customer Success Manager will own a portfolio of 50+ client accounts, ensuring customers achieve strong results from their email marketing and advertising initiatives.

This individual will work directly with marketing teams, agencies, and growth leaders to optimize campaigns, improve deliverability, and identify opportunities to expand platform usage

The ideal candidate understands both the technical mechanics of email marketing and the business objectives driving modern performance marketing teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of 50+ client accounts, serving as the primary strategic and operational contact.

  • Partner with customers to optimize email campaigns and automated flows to improve open rates, click-through rates, revenue performance, and deliverability.

  • Advise clients on email marketing and ad network best practices, ensuring campaigns align with current performance and compliance standards.

  • Conduct product demonstrations, onboarding sessions, and ongoing platform training for customers.

  • Deliver Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) highlighting campaign performance, insights, and growth opportunities.

  • Troubleshoot client issues and coordinate with internal product and engineering teams to ensure timely resolution.

  • Identify opportunities to expand platform usage and drive account growth within the existing customer base.

  • Act as a voice of the customer internally, helping influence product improvements and feature development.

Candidate Profile

Successful candidates will bring a mix of customer success experience and hands-on knowledge of email marketing or performance advertising

Ideal backgrounds may include:

  • Customer Success Manager

  • Account Manager

  • Email Marketing Strategist

  • Performance Marketing Manager

  • Marketing Technology Consultant

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Email Marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of email marketing strategy, deliverability, and campaign performance metrics

  • Experience managing a large client portfolio (50+ accounts)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly in client-facing environments.

  • Experience conducting product demonstrations, onboarding, and client training

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make performance recommendations

  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

Preferred experience includes familiarity with:

  • Email Service Providers (ESPs) such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Sendlane, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

  • Performance marketing, digital advertising, or customer data platforms.

  • CRM and customer success tools used to manage client relationships and account performance.
