What you'll do
Own your customer relationships You'll be the face of Obzervr for a portfolio of mining and field
operations customers. You'll build genuine, long-term relationships - becoming the advisor they call
first, whether it's a strategic question or a day-to-day challenge.
Drive adoption and value realisation You'll guide customers through onboarding and beyond, helping them embed Obzervr into their workflows and get measurable results. You'll track usage, spot engagement gaps early, and work proactively to keep momentum going.
Run structured account reviews Through regular check-ins and business reviews, you'll help customers connect the dots between their goals and what Obzervr delivers - presenting ROI, performance insights, and forward-looking opportunities.
Be the customer's voice internally You'll collaborate with our Support, Delivery, and Product teams to resolve issues, surface customer feedback, and ensure the customer's perspective shapes how we build and improve.
Identify growth and risk signals You'll monitor account health across your portfolio, surfacing
opportunities to expand value and flagging risks before they become problems.

Are you ready to move your maintenance teams from paperwork to performance?
Obzervr's Digital Work Management Solution is a fieldwork automation and mobility platform delivers a flexible mobile App for maintainers and operators, and a web-based platform with performance dashboards for Supervisors to manage maintenance work by exception. Supervisors easily and quickly dispatch work from the work dashboard, operators and maintainers record readings, take photos through the day on work assigned to them. They can also create break-in work, record defects and assign stock to work.
On completion, exceptions can be checked by supervisors before automatically updating the ERP with monitor points, stock, photos and other data that has a home in the ERP. Automated dashboards and reports are now available to review history, check back on Maintenance strategy and tactic effectiveness, allocate spend to areas that are causing the highest maintenance overhead, and reduce the risk of machine failures due to lack of information transparency.
Obzervr seamlessly integrates with your CMMS and ERP systems such as SAP and Pronto to provide:
