Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with 4–7 years of experience in account management, preferably from a service-based company. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing stakeholder relationships, and driving successful delivery of services across multiple departments. Female candidates are preferred, and the position is based in Hyderabad.
Must Have Skills (Mandatory):* Minimum 5 years of account management experience in a service-based company.* Strong knowledge of customer success techniques and strategies.* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.* Ability to navigate complex processes, tight timelines, and dynamic teams.* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.* Proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.* Experience in monitoring and reporting progress to stakeholders and senior management.
Good-to-have Skills (Optional):* Experience handling customer accounts in India and UAE regions.* Knowledge of purchase orders (PO), invoicing, billing, and payment follow-ups.* Exposure to vendor management.* Comfortable with new software tools for design, data management, and internal workflows.
Qualifications & Experience:* Bachelor’s degree in Science/Technology preferred.* 4–7 years of relevant experience.* Candidates from Hyderabad or willing to relocate will be preferred.
