The role

We are looking for a Junior Customer Success Associate to support the Customer Success team in managing mid-market accounts and assisting Customer Success Managers with operational tasks related to larger accounts.

This role will focus on customer onboarding, product training, usage follow-up, adoption support, and internal coordination. The ideal candidate is someone who is eager to grow in Customer Success, enjoys working with customers, and is comfortable handling operational and follow-up tasks.

• Support mid-market customers during onboarding and platform adoption
• Deliver basic product trainings and help customers understand how to use key platform features.
• Follow up with customers to monitor platform usage and identify questions, challenges, or adoption gaps.
• Identify low usage, customer concerns, or potential blockers and escalate them to the appropriate Customer Success Manager.
• Provide operational support to Customer Success Managers working with large or strategic accounts.
• Help prepare customer-facing materials, reports, presentations, and follow-up communications.>
• Keep customer information, interactions, onboarding progress, and account updates organized and up to date in the CRM or internal tools.
• Coordinate customer meetings, training sessions, and internal follow-ups
• Collect customer feedback and share it with Customer Success, Product, or Support teams.
• Identify potential opportunities to improve platform adoption, escalating relevant insights to senior team members.

Profile & Skills

Required:

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Success, B2B Customer Support, Onboarding, Implementation, Account Management, or similar roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain processes and platform features clearly.
• Customer-oriented mindset and interest in helping clients adopt and get value from a digital platform.
• Ability to identify customer questions, usage challenges, or adoption gaps and escalate them to the appropriate team members.
• Comfortable learning new software tools and supporting customers in their use
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow up on multiple tasks or accounts.
• Comfortable using digital tools, CRM platforms, spreadsheets, or customer management systems.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate with Customer Success, Support, Product, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, or equivalent technical/university studies.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, digital platforms, or B2B services is a plus.
• Intermediate English is a plus.
