Job Title: Customer Success Jr. Analyst

Operating Company Environmental Solutions Group

Location: Remote

Reports to: Vice President, Customer Success

Department: Customer and Product Support

The Customer Success Jr. Analyst supports the Customer Success team in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role focuses on analyzing customer data, assisting with onboarding processes, and helping ensure customers achieve value from the company’s products or services. The role provides critical insights and operational support to enhance the overall customer experience.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS INCLUDE:

  • Assist in onboarding new customers by supporting implementation and training activities
  • Monitor customer usage data and generate reports to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Support account health tracking by maintaining dashboards and KPIs related to customer success
  • Respond to customer inquiries and escalate issues to senior team members as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in CRM and customer success tools
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to prepare for client meetings, reviews, and presentations
  • Conduct research and analysis to improve customer engagement and retention strategies
  • Assist with customer feedback collection and help identify areas for product or service improvement
  • Support renewal tracking and administrative tasks related to customer lifecycle management
  • Travel up to 25% required.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, communications, or a related field preferred
  • 2 years of experience in customer success, data analysis, or a customer-facing role (internships included)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Applies a sense of urgency to resolve problems or creates opportunities that will increase productivity and create value. Shares best practices with other employees across the business.

Accountability: Accepts responsibility and accessibility for both the strategic planning and the successful implementation of all projects, programs, and duties as outlined in this job description. Advises supervisor of concerns, problems, and progress of work in a timely manner.
