About The Role:

Our Netherlands hub Spryng are on the lookout for a Customer Success Intern. Someone who’s looking to gain hands-on experience in an international company where customers come first, motivated to make a real impact in customer support and Marketing, not afraid to make mistakes (because that’s how you learn!), tech-savvy or interested in learning the ropes, ready to bring positive energy to our passionate CEX team and be part of a team that takes Customer Support & Experience to the next level.

Key Requirements:

  • You are a student and enrolled at Dutch learning institution and have a valid work authorization for the EU
  • You are fluent in Dutch.
  • You have good English skills, additional languages are a plus (French, Dutch) but not a must
  • You are proactive and willing to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • You have a solution-oriented attitude and provide a high level of service.
  • You have interest in the client-facing and technical aspects of customer experience.
  • You are a creative writer and have an eye for detail.

What Will You Be Doing?
Interns at Spryng are integral team members, not just coffee makers or copy makers.

  • Gain hands-on experience in Customer experience, Technical support and Product Management.
  • Handling responsibilities that span from 1st to 3rd line support; including onboarding new customers, whitelistings, mapping of issues and thinking about new features for the Spryng platform.
  • Learn how to work together with Sales and Marketing departments to optimize our platform and service.
  • Engage with (potential) customers through calls and emails, addressing their needs and inquiries.
  • Provide support to customers via chat, telephone, and email.
  • You analyse opportunities to rank better in search engines such as Google. You then write the content yourself that will actually ensure that we will appear higher in search results
  • Thinking along with making creative content with different purposes. Think of content that makes it easier for the sales team to bring in new customers and for the client success team to be bombarded less often with (unnecessary) questions.
  • Participate actively in meetings, training, and brainstorming sessions.
