Job Description

  • Support clients throughout their journey with Mohasby services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service quality.
  • Coordinate between clients and internal accounting/operations teams.
  • Help onboard new clients and guide them through our processes.
  • Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest improvements to enhance experience.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and satisfaction.
  • Support the team in improving retention and engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting, or related fields, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A customer-first mindset and positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized.
  • Good command of Arabic and English is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of accounting or SaaS services.
