Customer Success Group Leader (Japanese Native Speaker)

Salary Range: Up to 120,000 THB
About the Role
We are looking for a
Japanese-native speaker Customer Success Group Leader to oversee and strengthen
relationships with enterprise customers. The role focuses on ensuring customer
satisfaction, resolving technical issues, and driving service improvement
across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the customer success and
support team for key accounts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for
Japanese clients and provide consultation.
- Oversee service quality,
incident management, and problem resolution.
- Analyse performance data and
implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive collaboration between
Thai and Japanese operations teams.
Qualifications & Experience
- Native Japanese speaker with
business-level English proficiency.
- 5-10 years of experience in
customer success, service delivery, or operations.
- Experience managing
enterprise customers in IT or service environments.
- Strong leadership,
communication, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes
or project management is an advantage.
