We are looking for a Customer Success Executive who will play a key role in ensuring seamless execution and post-sales success for our top enterprise clients. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused, with strong coordination and communication skills. You will act as a vital connector between clients and internal teams (Product, Delivery, Engineering), helping to maintain alignment and ensure client satisfaction across the entire customer journey.
Follow through on key post-sales activities including: meeting notes, document handovers, action tracking, and project updates
Coordinate closely with internal teams (BA, PM, Developers) to ensure customer commitments are met
Log and manage all customer communications and timelines in CRM and other tools
Maintain clear and professional communication with enterprise clients (banking, aviation, fintech, etc.)
Serve as a reliable point of contact for operational updates, helping clients feel supported and informed
Represent TechX’s service excellence and contribute to long-term client trust
Partner with Account Managers and Sales Coordinators to ensure a seamless customer experience
Provide feedback to improve delivery processes and documentation
Collaborate on special projects and prepare client proposals, bidding documents, and other client-facing materials
Ensure workflows, documents, and CRM records are properly maintained
Operate with a “no task left behind” mindset — small details matter
Take ownership of checklists, delivery deadlines, and team schedules
Bachelor’s degreein Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
2+ years of experience in Customer Support, Sales Support, or Key Account Management
Familiarity with CRM systems, document workflows, and collaborative tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in Vietnamese and basic English (especially email)
Experience working with large clients in banking, aviation, and insurance.
