Oddin.gg is the global leader in B2B esports betting solutions. We are delivering an end-to-end ecosystem to bookmakers across the globe. Operators partnering with Oddin.gg can attract a new generation of bettors, drive betting volumes 24/7, and improve sportsbook profitability.
We work with purely esports titles such as Dota2, LoL, CS2, as well as esports analogues of traditional sports like EA FC 24 (soccer), NBA 2K (basketball), Cricket 22 and more. Based on the data we have available, we create and continuously improve mathematical models that help us predict match odds.
With a team of 300+ people, based in the Czech Republic and many other locations across Europe, Asia, and LATAM, Oddin.gg is growing at a fast pace and is looking for a Customer Success Engineer.

Your position on the board:Join a dynamic international Customer Success team that handles direct communication with our customers’ IT and operational teams, and is in constant synchronisation with our internal departments. A Customer Success Engineer is responsible for integration of Oddin.gg services within client platforms, providing technical support and advice to customers, and performing technical and operational coordination between the customers and Oddin.gg
Our Idea of You:- Integrate and support Oddin.gg digital products (data feeds, APIs, and digital turn-keysolutions) within customers’ platforms, following established processes- Work closely with customers’ IT departments and Oddin.gg product, development,and sales teams, with the aim of integrating new or existing customers to Oddin.ggservices- Communicate directly with international B2B customers- Handle multiple customers at different locations- Take ownership of, troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve issues- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base
Haven’t We Caught You Yet?:- Technical education OR adequate experience- Proficient use of English, Spanish, and Portuguese languages- Communication and general social skills - ability to build relationships quickly andeffectively- Experience with technical support/sales operations- Basic understanding of web technology and communication protocols- Basic understanding and/or willingness to learn about the esports and bettingindustries- Being teamwork-oriented- Problem-solving attitude, with self-initiative and an eye for detail- Ability to quickly acquire new knowledge, technical skills, and technologies- Desire and possibility to travel- Positive attitude, diplomacy, and approachability- A knack for digital products and technology
Additional Skills / Extra Points:- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge- Basic programming knowledge- XML knowledge- Basic API and database knowledge- Other languages
