We are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to join our team in Paris on a full-time, CDI basis. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client relationships, delivering exceptional service, and driving customer satisfaction.
You are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. You enjoy working closely with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they get the most value from the solutions provided.
What You Will Work On
• Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a high level of engagement and satisfaction
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers
• Support clients through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing product adoption
• Provide proactive guidance and insights to help customers maximise the value of our solutions
• Manage and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Organise and lead regular check-ins, business reviews, and training sessions
• Collect and analyse customer feedback, sharing actionable insights with internal teams
• Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance the customer experience
Who You Will Work With
• Cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Support, to deliver a seamless customer experience
• International clients across a variety of industries
• Internal stakeholders to share feedback and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Will Bring
• Fluency in French and English (written and spoken); an additional language is a strong advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust with clients
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and priorities effectively
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Good organisational and analytical abilities with strong attention to detail
• A customer-first attitude with a positive and adaptable approach
• Experience with CRM or customer success tools is an advantage
