This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, analytical and customer-focused, with an interest in developing their career in customer success, client support or sustainability.

What You'll Deliver

  • Provide clear and timely updates to Customer Success Managers and the Account Director to support client priorities and supplier performance.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports covering supplier progress, outstanding actions, blockers and next steps.
  • Support the Customer Success team with meeting preparation, trackers, records and follow-up activities.
  • Respond to supplier emails where appropriate, using agreed guidance and escalation processes.
  • Attend internal and external meetings, capturing key updates and actions and supporting follow-up activity.
  • Monitor supplier queries and issues, ensuring information is shared with the right teams and escalated when required.
  • Work collaboratively with Customer Success, Supplier Success and wider Aura teams to keep supplier activity organised and progressing.
  • Maintain accurate supplier records, reports and supporting documentation in line with Aura processes

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in an administrative, customer support, supplier support, reporting or coordination role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with data, dashboards and trackers to monitor progress and identify anything that needs attention.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to following up actions, asking questions and keeping colleagues and stakeholders informed.
  • Good attention to detail and confidence checking information for accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, manage deadlines and follow agreed processes.
  • Comfortable attending meetings, taking notes and following up on agreed actions.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to support colleagues and contribute to a high standard of service.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to learn about Aura's clients, suppliers, processes and technology.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint, with an interest in using tools such as Copilot.

Why Work With Us

At Aura, you'll be part of a team shaping the future of packaging sustainability on a global scale. You'll collaborate with some of the world's most forward-thinking retailers and brands, work with cutting-edge technology, and develop your career in a supportive, collaborative environment.

You'll gain valuable experience working alongside Customer Success Managers, Account Directors and teams across Aura, developing your skills in client support, data analysis, reporting and relationship management.

Our technology, including e-halo, gives clients real-time visibility of packaging data, helping them manage compliance, identify risk, improve sustainability and drive positive commercial impact.

Every day, your work will contribute to meaningful, measurable change for businesses, people and the planet.
