💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a Customer Success and Operations Support for a international project.

🙂 WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Oversee a project board, ensuring tasks are clearly defined, prioritized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle
  • Provide operational support for email intake, efficiently processing leads and inquiries to facilitate prompt responses and follow-ups
  • Monitor and drive improvement of operational efficiency & excellence of the team
  • Support team in staying focused on key, strategic priorities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with business goals and operational requirements
  • Implement and manage project management tools and methodologies to enhance team productivity and project visibility
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or delays, and propose solutions to keep the project on track
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation,including plans, reports, and presentations
  • Support the continuous improvement of operational processes through analysis, feedback, and the implementation of best practices
  • Engage with stakeholders to communicate project status, gather requirements, and ensure expectations are met


💡 WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders
  • Familiarity with project management tools and SDLC
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a strong problem-solving aptitude
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Familiar with GitHub and tracking projects via GitHub issues and projects
