Customer Success and Digital Activation Specialist

As a Customer Success & Digital Activation Specialist, you support Digital Farming Solutions (DFS) users and customers across EMEA and the local commercial organization; the role combines customer success, digital activation and first-line support for tools such as Climate FieldView, Magic Trap and other digital agri-tools, helping drive adoption, engagement, satisfaction and retention while enabling Seeds and Crop Protection sales; you work closely with the Digital Business Manager and commercial teams to deliver country digital roadmap priorities, maximize customer value realization, and help bring productivity gains to farmers through digital solutions.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enable sales of the Bayer Crop Science core portfolio through activation and support of Bayer digital farming tools with customers remotely, in the field, at events and in meetings;
• Provide customer guidance, training, and best-practice recommendations to improve product usage and value realization;
• Support activation and engagement of FieldView and other DFS solutions, including equipment connectivity, data layers and relevant non‑connected features;
• Provide first-line technical assistance, manage escalations when required and document inquiries in Salesforce;
• Collect customer feedback and share actionable insights with product, portfolio and commercial teams to improve products, services and activation workflows;
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sales teams, dealers, partners and internal stakeholders to support lead handover and customer activation;
• Collaborate with EMEA Business Operations to ensure customer-facing teams have the tools, guidance and support needed for effective activation;
• Track activation, adoption and engagement metrics and contribute to achieving country adoption targets and roadmap priorities.

WHO YOU ARE

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Agri‑Business, Agronomy, Ag‑Sciences or a related discipline;
• Relevant experience in agriculture, digital agriculture platforms, customer support, account management or commercial activation;
• Strong understanding of the agricultural supply chain and key customer segments across Seeds and Crop Protection;
• Experience supporting, training or developing retailers, dealers or partner organizations to reach end users;
• Proficiency with digital farming tools (e.g., Climate FieldView), basic equipment connectivity troubleshooting and CRM systems such as Salesforce;
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong interpersonal, verbal, written, phone and presentation skills, and strong organization, follow‑up and analytical capability to track activation metrics;
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment, with willingness to travel within Poland and across EMEA as required;
• Native Polish and fluent English (written and spoken).

The minimum gross monthly salary for this role is 14,000 PLN. The final salary will be determined based on objective factors such as professional experience, qualifications, scope of responsibility. This position is to be eligible for variable pay components, such as annual or performance-based bonuses, awarded in accordance with the applicable employee group, role scope, and compensation structure.
