Reporting to the Head of Customer Success we are looking for a Customer Success Advisor who will be responsible for proactively reaching out to landlords who are leaving our business. Understanding their reasons for leaving and empathize with their concerns. Assign a level of prioritization based on the severity of their issues and arrange a follow-up call with a Customer Success Manager to address their needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Retention Strategies:
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to develop and implement effective retention strategies.
Identify opportunities to enhance landlord satisfaction and loyalty.
Product Knowledge:
Become an expert on our property management services.
Educate landlords on the value these service provide and how they can benefit from staying with us.
Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with landlords by actively listening to their feedback and providing tailored solutions.
Data Analysis:
Analyse data related to landlord churn and identify trends.
Use insights to improve retention efforts.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Property Management) to align efforts and achieve common goals.
Customer Support:
Provide exceptional customer support to landlords, addressing issues and challenges promptly and professionally
