As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will build your customer success, delivery management and technical capabilities while supporting customers to realise value from their Microsoft investments. Working with guidance from experienced colleagues, you will develop relationships with customer stakeholders, participate in account and success planning, and help coordinate Microsoft and partner resources around agreed customer outcomes.
This opportunity is suited to someone who is curious about cloud technology, enjoys learning how customers operate, and wants to grow their ability to connect customer priorities with practical programmes of work. You will collaborate across the account team and contribute to meaningful delivery health, clear communications and ongoing customer success.
This role is flexible in that you can work up to 100% from home.

Customer Success Account Mgmt IC2 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 36,600.00 - £ 63,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
