Job Description

Overview

When you join as a Customer Success Account Manager, you become a strategic partner to customers who are reimagining what is possible with technology. You will work with some of the most influential educational institutions in the Netherlands as they transform teaching, learning, research, and operational excellence through cloud, data, security, and artificial intelligence. In this role, you help universities, colleges, and educational organizations adopt innovative technologies that improve student outcomes, enable educators, modernize digital campuses, and prepare the next generation for a future shaped by artificial intelligence. You will engage with executive leaders and technology stakeholders, shape long-term success strategies, and drive measurable impact across large-scale digital transformation programs, drawing on your understanding of the Dutch education sector and its unique challenges and opportunities.

As a Customer Success Account Manager, you build and coach others on customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement strategies to deliver meaningful outcomes for public sector education customers. You synthesize insights about each customer’s business and information technology objectives and align Microsoft solutions across cloud, security, data, and modern work to those priorities. You orchestrate cross-functional teams, lead customer-facing program reviews, and proactively identify and mitigate blockers so that institutions can safely and effectively adopt cloud and artificial intelligence technologies. By serving as a trusted advisor and advocating for customer needs, you help education organizations realize value from their Microsoft investments, improve operational health, and accelerate progress toward their strategic goals.

At Microsoft, our mission to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more guides how we partner with customers to deliver trusted, impactful solutions.
