The Capital Markets Signatories and Data Licensing team manages technical and data elements of delivering CDP data to signatory programme. The team also ensures technical requirements and documentation to support ingestion of data for signatories and environmental data sales customers.
The Customer Success Account Manager, Capital Markets Signatories is responsible for directly servicing and ensuring the success of a portfolio of Capital Markets Signatories. This role involves building strong relationships with customer contacts, guiding them through the effective utilization of CDP's data and other offerings to Signatories (webinars, etc.), and maximizing their engagement and satisfaction to ensure retention.

Salary and benefits: The salary banding for this role is ¥4,163,547 - ¥4,522,411/year, 30 days’ holiday plus bank holidays, generous non-contributory pension provision, Employee Assistance Programme, life assurance, training and development, flexible working opportunities and other benefits.
Final offer amount depends on multiple factors such as candidates experience and expertise, geographic location, total compensation, and market data.
This is a Fixed term 1 year contract based at CDP’s Tokyo office. Interested applicants must be eligible to work legally in Japan and live within a commutable distance of the Tokyo office and be comfortable with 2 days in the office per week. We cannot sponsor this role.
