Overview

The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) is responsible for helping customers realize value from their Microsoft investments by driving successful service delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. The CSAM serves as a trusted advisor, coordinating resources across Microsoft and partnering with customers to address business and technical priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders.
  • Drive customer success through proactive service planning and execution.
  • Coordinate Microsoft resources to address customer business and technical needs.
  • Support customer operational health through regular service reviews and risk management.
  • Lead incident coordination and escalation management to minimize business impact.
  • Partner with account teams to identify opportunities that improve customer outcomes and adoption.
  • Develop and maintain Success Plans aligned with customer priorities.
  • Track customer health, risks, and action items to ensure successful delivery of contracted services.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer success, technical account management, consulting, support, or IT operations.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across virtual teams.
  • Fluency in Korean and professional communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, or cloud technologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers.
  • Knowledge of IT operations, service management, cloud adoption, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating critical issues and driving resolution across multiple stakeholders.
