As a Customer Specialist Precision Diagnostics, based in Northern Italy (with availability to travel nationwide) and operating within the Solution Experience Department reporting directly to the Solution Experience Lead, you will play a strategic role in providing technical and application support for our Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) solutions.
Your mission will be to promote our Precision Diagnostics portfolio, serving as the key interface between Roche and our customers. You will ensure the optimization of installed solutions and drive the adoption of innovative technologies in the market, balancing technical expertise with a strong commercial mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical & Application Support: Provide detailed consultancy and training to customers on the implementation and use of NGS solutions, ensuring technologies operate according to the highest quality standards.
- Commercial Synergy: Actively collaborate with the Sales team to promote Precision Diagnostics solutions to current and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with laboratory and hospital staff, ensuring their technical and commercial needs are met.
- Optimization & Troubleshooting: Manage the resolution of technical issues and support customers throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Training: Responsible for internal training and staying updated on the latest developments within the portfolio.
Who You Are
We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong interpersonal skills and a deep customer focus. The ideal candidate possesses:
- Education: Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Biology, or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 2 years of practical experience in the IVD (In Vitro Diagnostics) or medical device industry.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of NGS technologies and precision diagnostics.
- Languages: Excellent proficiency in both Italian and English is required (written and spoken).
- Soft Skills: Ability to work in a team, proactivity, and autonomy in achieving goals within set timelines.
- Location & Mobility: Based in Northern Italy, with the availability to travel approximately 90% of the working time across the country.
