What You’ll Do

In this role, you will manage a variety of important administrative, insurance, and operational tasks:

• Obtain and verify patient demographics and required chart notes from referral systems, physician offices, and hospital partners
• Communicate effectively using phone, email, and other digital communication platforms
• Perform insurance verification and obtain prior authorizations as required
• Process daily point-of-sale transactions and complete accurate reconciliations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems
• Monitor, maintain, and order inventory as needed to ensure appropriate supply levels
• Create, manage, and track purchase orders to support operational needs
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of patient-related requests
• Support additional administrative duties and special projects as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Required

• High school diploma or GED
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard office systems and applications
• Equivalent combination of education and experience considered

Preferred

• 1 year of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and training)
• Experience in healthcare, insurance verification, billing, pharmacy, or data processing
• Familiarity with medical terminology
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
