The Customer Welcome Centres (CWCs) are the epicenter of HP’s executive engagement strategy. As Solutions Experience Lead, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-impact technical experiences that align customer priorities with solution capabilities. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, this role translates customer needs into compelling briefings, demos and technical tours.
This is an onsite role at our Gurugram Customer Welcome Center, where you will be based 5 days a week.
