Customer Solutions Resource & Training Specialist

Help the Customer Solutions team at Husqvarna Construction in Olathe, KS learn, grow, and deliver a better customer experience. You’ll build practical resources, support onboarding and coaching, and help employees confidently transition to a new ERP system.

What You’ll Do

Build Resources & Improve Processes (50%)

• Create and maintain an easy-to-use Customer Solutions knowledge base, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Partner with leaders across departments to document shared processes.
• Identify and help implement process and platform improvements.

Train, Coach & Support the Team (50%)

• Support onboarding, nesting, mentoring, and retraining for Customer Solutions employees.
• Coach new team members on processes and the lines of business they support.
• Assess progress and share clear feedback with Customer Solutions leadership.
• Recommend training updates that improve quality and customer satisfaction.
• Help develop and deliver ERP training for impacted employees.
• Provide ERP guidance and support after go-live.
• Share regular trainee feedback with management and training partners to improve team effectiveness.

What You Bring

• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing deadlines.
• Able to move quickly while maintaining quality.
• Collaborative and effective at working across teams.

Skills & Knowledge

• Solid knowledge of ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and Word.
• Understanding of Customer Solutions processes and call center operations.
• Experience with CRM workflow, call routing, and reporting.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of customer solutions experience in a call center environment.
• 2+ years of training experience.

Work Environment

• Office environment with frequent computer use.
• Daily, weekly, monthly, and annual deadlines.
