About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager Operations, this senior operational leadership role is responsible for leading LPG distribution and terminal operations across Queensland.
You will oversee a network of 11 terminals and operational sites including 4 Major Hazard Facilities. You will be responsible for safely delivering LPG products to homes and businesses across the state. With a workforce of more than 80 drivers and operational staff, this role requires a leader who can balance strong commercial discipline with hands-on frontline leadership.
Operating in a lean, performance-driven environment, you will be accountable for driving operational outcomes across safety, cost, compliance and delivery performance. Success will come from building strong teams, maintaining rigorous regulatory compliance and ensuring customers receive reliable deliveries every day.

About you
You are an experienced operational leader with a strong track record managing large frontline teams in complex environments. You bring sound commercial acumen and a practical, hands-on leadership style that drives performance, safety and customer outcomes
You understand the importance of strong safety leadership in operational environments and have experience maintaining high standards across teams, assets and regulated activities. Comfortable operating at both the strategic and operational level, you can manage budgets, improve processes and support frontline teams to consistently deliver strong operational and delivery performance
Key experience may include:
Experience within LPG, petroleum, logistics, mining or heavy industry environments will be highly regarded.
