About this opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Solutions Delivery Lead – Pilot Operations & Enablement to join our Customer Solutions team. This national role will lead the delivery of customer pilot programs from design and implementation through to evaluation, scale-up and handover.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing together customers, commercial teams, operations, supply chain and sustainability to turn complex requirements into practical, scalable solutions.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Establish and launch Viscount's national Pilot Program operating model.
• Leading a national portfolio of customer pilots, defining scope, success measures, timelines and governance.
• Coaching a small national delivery team to support effective implementation.
• Tracking pilot performance across operational, financial and sustainability measures.
• Developing clear recommendations on go / no-go decisions, scale-up opportunities and key learnings.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to support effective handover, implementation discipline and customer outcomes.

Your skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you’ll be organised, commercially aware and confident working across customers and internal stakeholders. You will be comfortable balancing customer expectations, operational realities and delivery risk, while keeping work moving with pace and discipline.

You will ideally bring:

• Experience in project delivery, customer solutions, operations, supply chain or a related field.
• Strong analytical, commercial and communication skills, with the ability to turn insights into practical recommendations.
• A proactive, collaborative approach and confidence working with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

Relevant experience in project delivery, customer solutions, operations, supply chain, sustainability or a related field will be highly regarded.
