Job Description

As a Solution Architect with strong expertise in Nokia NSP, network automation, and software development, I lead the design and implementation of scalable IP/MPLS network management and automation solutions. I have deep hands-on experience with Nokia NSP Workflow Manager, SDN-based automation, NETCONF/YANG, and L2/L3 routing technologies such as BGP, OSPF, and MPLS, combined with a strong software development background in Python, REST APIs, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.

  • Designed and architected automation solutions for Nokia NSP-based IP/MPLS networks, enabling scalable and efficient network operations.
  • Developed and integrated workflow automation solutions using Python, YAML, and REST APIs to streamline provisioning and operational processes.
  • Built intent-based provisioning and orchestration solutions for both modern and legacy network environments, improving service agility and automation maturity.
  • Led automation initiatives for router provisioning, software upgrades, and Zero Touch Provisioning (ZTP), reducing deployment time and operational overhead.
  • Collaborated with DevOps, QA, product management, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end network automation and orchestration solutions.
  • Supported Kubernetes-based deployment architectures and cloud-native operations to enhance scalability, resiliency, and service reliability.
  • Created cross-domain solution architectures for large and complex customer requirements, translating stakeholder needs into effective high-level and low-level technical designs.
  • Evaluated emerging technologies, defined future technology roadmaps, and solved highly complex business challenges by delivering innovative and strategic solutions while leading high-risk, complex project

You have:

  • Bachelor Degree with 10-15 Years of experience in network automation and software development
  • Strong knowledge of IP/MPLS technologies including BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, SNMP, NETCONF, and YANG.
  • Expertise in Nokia NSP, NSP Workflow Manager, and network automation solutions.
  • Proficient in Python, Java, JavaScript, and REST API development for automation and integration.
  • Experienced with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitLab, and cloud-native automation frameworks.

It would be nice if you also had:

  • Experienced in large-scale service provider and enterprise network environments.
  • Strong knowledge of SDN and intent-based networking solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and frameworks.
  • Good understanding of operational workflows and network lifecycle automation.
