The extensive Motorola Solutions DIMETRA TETRA Infrastructure portfolio provides secure and resilient solutions which are deployed across a wide range of market segments including government, public safety (Police, Fire, Ambulance), transportation (Transit, Metro, Rail & Airport), energy and enterprise markets, scaling from the smallest single site solution to nationwide networks covering whole countries. The TETRA Infrastructure Customer Solutions and Product Management team is the focal point for the worldwide Go to Market teams for front-end customer and sales support for all of the DIMETRA systems business. The team is also responsible for definition and execution of all DIMETRA system releases. You will be part of an innovative and international environment in one of the leading companies within critical communications.
Are you an engineering student who loves solving puzzles and talking tech? We are looking for a Student Worker to join the DIMETRA Customer Solutions team. In this role, you won’t just be sitting behind a screen; you will be the bridge between complex technology and real-world application. You will support our customers and partners by troubleshooting technical hurdles and helping design innovative communication solutions that keep the world connected.
Key Responsibilities
System Operations: Be part of the team responsible for configuration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of mission-critical communication networks.
Technical Troubleshooting:Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by customers and partners.
Solution Development: Work alongside senior engineers to brainstorm and develop innovative custom solutions.
Technical Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable advice for non-technical stakeholders and partners.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical guides, FAQs, and integration notes to empower our partner ecosystem.
