They operate in the thriving e-commerce sector, delivering specialized bulk confectionery products and manufacturing supplies to commercial partners since 2008. Responsibilities Deliver dedicated customer support and account management to build strong relationships with clients. Perform timely customer follow-ups to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction. Process Shopify orders, handle returns, and issue refunds efficiently. Maintain and update client data, interactions, and records in HubSpot CRM. Utilize communication tools, design software, and AI solutions to optimize client engagement. Requirements Proven background in customer service, success management, or account handling. Direct hands-on experience using Shopify to manage orders and refunds. Proficiency in managing customer relationships through HubSpot CRM. Familiarity with business tools including RingCentral, MS Office (Outlook, Teams), Canva, and AI technologies. Strong proactive work ethic and problem-solving abilities. Qualifications Exceptional written and spoken English skills for professional phone interaction. Ability to independently navigate order management systems and support workflows.
