Pipeline Supplies Australia (PSA) joined the Reece family in Victoria in 2021 and due to rapid growth we now require an additional Customer Service Team member
PSA is a trusted and well-established specialist provider of bespoke and pre-fabricated HVAC solutions. Currently servicing Tier 1 mechanical contractors, this is an area where we’re seeing increased market demand, and complements our existing HVAC-R business.

The Opportunity
In this role, you would be part of a tight knit, successful team focused on delivering the highest level of customer service and satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
About the Role
You will be developing sound relationships with PSA Internal Sales Team and external customers for the purpose of assisting and servicing their needs, including co-ordinating the preparation of Project quotes, orders, and project data, stock allocations, schedules, and forecasts.
Liaising with all stakeholders along the project loop to ensure good information flow regarding projects from specification to product supply on Project Sites.
