Job Description

  • Proporcionar información y servicios relacionados con la determinación de cobertura, autorización de servicio (o denegación) y enlace a recursos, servicios y sistemas de soporte.
  • Responda a todas las llamadas telefónicas utilizando el script de contestador telefónico aprobado.
  • Evaluar la llamada a una crisis antes de poner en espera cualquier llamada.
  • Identifique y transfiera a los llamadores de referencia a los recursos de la comunidad adecuados.
  • Observar y adherirse a todas las políticas y procedimientos de HIPAA y Derechos de Los Destinatarios.
  • Proporcionar un servicio orientado al consumidor, profesional y compasivo.
  • Documente las llamadas telefónicas entrantes y recopile información demográfica sobre todas las llamadas recibidas antes de realizar la remisión o transferencia.
  • Realizar transferencias cálidas para cualquier persona que necesite una evaluación clínica/pantalla a los médicos del centro.
  • Asegúrese de que se llevan a cabo todos los aspectos de los procesos de inscripción/reinscripción. Esto incluye responder, verificar la residencia del consumidor y asignar clientes según sea necesario.
  • Proporcione a los consumidores información precisa sobre la queja, la apelación y la resolución de disputas locales asociada con su plan de beneficios específico.
  • Realizar llamadas de seguimiento y llamadas de satisfacción del cliente.
  • Demostrar siempre una actitud positiva, empática y profesional hacia los clientes.  Cuando las necesidades del paciente no se satisfacen, reconozca y trabaje para resolver las quejas.  Reconocer que la seguridad del paciente es una prioridad.
