Job Description

The Job

  • Perform defects checking for flat takeover and handover work of all newly built units;
  • Monitor all defect rectification works are conducted on time, and ensure the company’s interest is protected at all times;
  • Handle and follow up on customer enquiries and complaints, to ensure that all customers are well served promptly, courteously and professionally;
  • Work with the various team in planning and implementing the handover of the new developments;
  • Perform logistics, administrative and clerical support duties;
  • Assist in managing sales arrangement and operation;
  • Undertake any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

The Person

  • Diploma holder or above with a minimum of two years of relevant experience in property takeover, handover and customer service.
  • Experience in the handover of large-scale residential properties is a definite advantage.
  • Dedicated to work, good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
  • Proficient PC skills in MS Office(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
  • 5.5 days work per week and shift duty required;
  • Willing to work on irregular hours and weekends or public holidays as necessary.
