Ένας αντιπρόσωπος εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ενεργεί ως σύνδεσμος, παρέχει πληροφορίες σχετικά με προϊόντα/υπηρεσίες, και επιλύει με ακρίβεια και αποτελεσματικότητα κάθε πρόβλημα που ανακύπτει με το οποίο ενδεχομένως έρθουν αντιμέτωποι οι πελάτες μας.
Οι καλύτεροι αντιπρόσωποι εξυπηρέτησης πελατών βοηθούν με γνήσιο ενθουσιασμό τους πελάτες. Είναι υπομονετικοί, δείχνουν κατανόηση και είναι πολύ επικοινωνιακοί. Λατρεύουν να μιλάνε.
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
