About the Position

The position will be responsible for:

• Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients for laboratory analysis services in a timely manner, ensuring no orders are missed
• Review and cross-check invoices prepared by team members to maintain accuracy and quality control
• Ensure all special client and project-specific billing requirements are identified and fulfilled
• Handle correspondence and arrange courier services for the delivery of invoices and reports to both local and overseas clients
• Coordinate projects with clients and proactively monitor schedules to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and maintain up-to-date quotation and testing price information within the LIMS system
• Manage and resolve customer enquiries independently with professionalism and efficiency
• Liaise with internal departments to provide prompt and professional client support
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear and effective communication

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications, with strong overall digital literacy
• Solid foundation in chemistry, biology, or a related scientific discipline
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese (Cantonese).
• Detail-oriented, mature, and responsible, with strong organizational and time management abilities
• A self-motivated and independent worker who thrives in a collaborative team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Required Qualifications:

• Higher Diploma or above in Chemistry, Biology, or a related Science discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer services, invoicing or billing-related roles
• Experience in the laboratory testing or analytical services industry is a definite advantage
