If yes, Macmillan Distribution (MDL) invites you to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at our Chineham offices in Basingstoke.
This is a permanent a permanent full-time position and there is the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities
Act as an ambassador for our business in communication with colleagues, external publishers, customers, and carriers.
Managing multiple tasks efficiently while adhering to customer deadlines.
Embrace and embody our values of 'Delivering Excellence' in every interaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication abilities.
Strong time management and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
Attention to detail and a flexible, proactive attitude.
Educational qualifications: GCSE grades 4 or above in Maths and English (or equivalent).
This role requires 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break.

Macmillan Distribution (MDL) is the award-winning distribution arm of the Macmillan Publishing Group. MDL provides a distribution service for its own Group publishers as well as distribution services to over 40 third party publishers.
