We are looking for an Order Analyst to join our team.
Based in Lima, Peru, reporting to the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the logistics, projects, and commercial management teams in carrying out administrative activities related to Customer Service.
Main Responsibilities
Order Entry: Enter customer purchase orders into the system (Order Entry process).
Order Acknowledgement: Notify customers of the receipt of their purchase orders (Acknowledgement process).
Order Follow-up: Send weekly updates on the status of purchase orders to customers (Follow-up process).
Customer Service: Provide information on stock availability, pricing, and delivery status, as well as respond to customer inquiries.
Quality Claims: Process and manage quality complaints (registration, analysis, and closure).
Compliance: Ensure compliance with established management policies and procedures.
Health, Safety, and Environment: Comply with the company’s health, safety, quality, and environmental policies.
Training Participation: Participate in training programs and report incidents and risks.
Reporting: Generate key performance indicators (KPIs) for the area and ensure their visibility across the organization.
Customer Visits: Visit key customers with the objective of reaching agreements and understanding their needs.
Continuous Improvement: Take initiative to develop continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
Professional degree in administrative, electrical, or industrial fields.
At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
Experience in customer service within industrial companies.
Knowledge of the company’s health, safety, quality, and environmental policies and procedures.
Basic level of English.
Advanced level of MS Excel.
Intermediate level of SAP (VA01, MB51, and MB52).
