What You'll Earn
$20.00/hour base pay
Monthly performance bonuses — your effort directly impacts your paycheck

Annual earnings potential: $42,000–$55,000
Your Schedule
We operate multiple shifts to serve our customers, and schedules vary by team. All teammates should be available to work 5 days per week, Monday–Saturday, with shifts falling within a 7:30 am–6:00 pm window. Saturdays rotate — you'll work every other Saturday with a weekday off in exchange. Your specific shift will be confirmed during the hiring process.
What You'll Do
As a Luxury Customer Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for customers of our luxury dealerships — handling inbound and outbound calls, texts, and emails with professionalism and care.
Deliver exceptional concierge-level service via phone, text, and email
Schedule service and sales appointments for our luxury dealerships
Follow up on appointment outcomes to ensure a seamless customer experience
Log all customer interactions accurately in our Dealership Management System
Collaborate with teammates to maintain a positive, supportive team environment
Participate in ongoing training and development through Hendrick University
What We're Looking For:
Strong verbal communication skills and a warm, professional phone presence
Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment
Computer and email proficiency
A positive, competitive, and team-oriented attitude
Availability Monday–Saturday within the 7:30 am–6:00 pm window
Must successfully complete a background check, MVR, and pre-employment drug screen
